Seller reviewLong story short, I have been completely spoiled by Joe Vitale. I've bought six homes over the years and, of course, sold five. Joe handled my last two sales and and purchases. Joe treated me with respect. He paid attention to what I wanted/needed and he met those needs. He has excellent communication and follow-through. Joe is highly intelligent and highly ethical. He is honest and forthright. He put my interests first, and was truly a buyer's or seller's agent. Joe's many years of experience clearly give him a corresponding knowledge of all phases of what can be a very complicated process and network of entities involved in buying/selling. My last purchase was abnormally complex but he handled it perfectly. You simply don't know what a real estate agent can be capable of until you work with Joe Vitale.
